Client Reward Program

I have a couple of basic beliefs that play out in the favor of the client.

  • Belief #1 - a client should be allowed to assist and engage themselves into their sales process. If they wish to do so they are in fact taking on part of the workload and it is my belief that they should be rewarded for it. After all, them doing so frees me up to assist more clients.
  • Belief #2 - I like to use technology to make things easier and more effective.

Well, the reason I'm here today is to empower my clients via the power of the Internet. Configured properly the Internet offers Real Estate buyers and sellers more capabilities than anything ever seen in the past. That said, I conduct business a bit different than other Real Estate Agents. One point of mention is that rather than hiding powerful websites from my clients in fear of losing them, I compile as many of these tools as possible, explain to my clients how they can be used, then explain how their involvement will reduce my work load (easy) and result in a cash payback (reward) for them. They get all the benefits of my past and current experience PLUS the opportunity to receive a sizable check after their home purchase.
