Hi, I'm Frank,

I'm an expert in Dream Home Acquisitions. The reason I believe I am so effective at what I do is because I pride myself in being a Conscious Buyers Agent. Not just a regular Buyer's Agent, but a 100% Dedicated Buyer's Agent. This means I never work for both buyers and sellers simultaneously so my clients are never at risk of me asking them to give up valuable rights when purchasing their home.

In addition to client dedication my experience in construction, engineering, environmental sciences, and alternative energy helps my clients move forward with confidence as the economics of real estate, energy, and environmental issues rapidly change.

  • I have over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, including designing "Smart" buildings for comfort, energy efficiency, entertainment, and security,
  • I possess an extended hands on knowledge of the environment and energy and have a strong dedication to providing this advice and guidance to my clients, especially as we move into a market highly aware of how energy efficiency, energy optimization (e.g. solar positioning, or solar load), and clean-energy sources impact property value.
  • I stress communication and education, as it is my goal to educate my clients as fully as possible to assist them in getting the most value out of their real estate purchase.
  • I am a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Biological Sciences.
  • I fully enjoy what I do channeling all of my knowledge and experience to assist only buyers as a full-time Personal Real Estate Agent - more specifically; I am solely a Buyer's Agent.
